Guarantee procedures

We publish the full termsexclusions included.

The guarantee is provided by the clinic that performs the procedure — Flymedica acts as an intermediary in organizing treatment and receives claims. Below is the full text of both procedures: dental and hair transplant. Including the parts that are uncomfortable for the patient.

The Flymedica offering includes veneers made from e.max and zirconia crowns with Ivoclar e.max porcelain. The clinic matches the shape and shade individually. Our All-on-4 and All-on-6 fixed restorations use a titanium substructure and Ivoclar IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime zirconia.

Part one

Dental guarantee

Every claim is reviewed individually on the basis of medical documentation and the clinic's decision. The entity providing the healthcare services and the guarantee is the clinic that performs the procedure.

What is covered

  • Crowns — 5 years from the day the procedure is performed
  • Veneers — 5 years
  • Ceramic bridges — 5 years
  • Prosthetic work on implants — 5 years
  • Implants — lifetime

What is not covered

  • Defects resulting from the work of specialists other than the clinic that performed the procedure
  • Consequences of not following instructions, including insufficient oral hygiene or using the prosthetic work or retainers in a way other than recommended by the doctor
  • Services for which the patient was informed in writing of a limited guarantee or no guarantee
  • Fillings under excessive load — including missing teeth and bruxism (patient informed in writing)
  • Temporary crowns and bridges, and immediate dentures
  • Prosthetic repairs other than warranty repairs
  • Denture base replacements resulting from ridge resorption
  • Accidents and mechanical damage, including damage occurring outside the oral cavity
  • Defects resulting from an existing condition that adversely affects the teeth
  • Natural aging processes, including bone and prosthetic-bed resorption
  • Inflammatory changes in the periodontium
  • Repairs carried out at other facilities or by the patient personally
  • Complaints about aesthetic results, if not reported immediately after the procedure

Claim Reimbursement

Guarantee pathway · dentistry

  1. Step 1

    Report within 3 days

Report the problem immediately, no later than 3 days after the unwanted symptoms appear, to kamil.kowalski@flymedica.pl. The report must include a precise description of the complaint, the date the procedure was performed, and photographic documentation — especially for damage to prosthetic work. Missing this information may result in the claim being left without a decision.

  2. Step 2

Clinic decision within 7 business days

The clinic decides whether to accept the claim. We provide the decision within 7 business days of receiving a complete claim. The clinic may refuse to honor the guarantee in particular where post-procedure instructions were not followed, a third party intervened in the treated area, or in the case of natural physiological changes and conditions unrelated to the treatment performed.

  3. Step 3

    Treatment at the original clinic

As a rule, warranty treatment is carried out at the clinic where the original procedure was performed. The patient covers the cost of transport (including flights), accommodation and local transfers. Flymedica provides organizational support for the trip but does not cover the logistics costs of warranty treatment.

  4. Step 4

    Alternative: treatment in Poland

Possible only with the clinic's prior written consent. You must present a detailed treatment plan and cost estimate from the practice you have chosen. The clinic may accept the costs in full, in part, or refuse to cover them without giving a reason. Undertaking treatment without consent results in loss of the guarantee for the tooth or area concerned. Any intervention by a third party voids the clinic's warranty liability entirely for the treated area.

  5. Step 5

    Settlement and reimbursement

You cover the cost of treatment in Poland yourself and issue the invoice to Flymedica Sp. z o.o., ul. Dąbrowskiego 77a, 60-529 Poznań, NIP 7792443359 — in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular via the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). You provide the invoice's KSeF identification number or a PDF visualization of it. Reimbursement is made up to the amount previously approved by the clinic, within 14 business days of confirming the invoice's correctness and verifying that the treatment matches the approved plan, by bank transfer to the account provided.

Part two

Hair transplant guarantee

The guarantee is provided by Ibrahim Koç as the lead operator of the procedure at Ibrahim Koc Hair in Istanbul. It covers only the area of the scalp treated in the procedure, as documented in the patient's medical records — it does not cover untreated areas or further, natural hair loss resulting from genetic predisposition.

Conditions for keeping the guarantee valid

  • Regularly sending post-procedure photos to your coordinator according to the schedule you receive.
  • Following all medical and aftercare instructions provided at the clinic.
  • Continuous use of medication to inhibit further hair loss: finasteride 1 mg or dutasteride 0.5 mg, unless there are medical contraindications.
  • Using additional supportive therapies, particularly in the crown area, as recommended by the clinic.
  • Consenting that the clinic may, in justified cases, order blood tests, including a DHT level test, to verify that the medication is being used.
  • Acknowledging that refusing the tests or failing to cooperate may result in loss of the right to the guarantee, and that the cost of the tests is borne by the patient.

Finasteride and dutasteride are prescription medications. Whether such therapy is appropriate and safe in a specific case is decided by a doctor, not by Flymedica.

Nature of the procedure and limits of the result

  • A hair transplant is a medical procedure and does not guarantee identical results for every patient.
  • Some of the transplanted hair may fail to take.
  • The final result depends on the patient's individual characteristics, including hair quality and the resources of the donor area.
  • Two or three procedures may be required to achieve the optimal result.
  • Androgenetic alopecia is progressive in nature, and the doctor cannot predict the pace of further hair loss. Additional procedures may be necessary and are not always covered by the guarantee.

The crown of the head is an area with weaker blood supply. The same results as in the front of the head should not be expected there; it requires extra care.

Claim Follow-up procedure

Guarantee pathway · hair transplant

  1. Step 1

    Claim window: 12–18 months

You may report dissatisfaction with the result no earlier than 12 months and no later than 18 months after the date of the procedure. You send the claim to Flymedica, attaching current, complete and clear photos of the entire scalp. There is no point in reporting earlier — the hair is still growing; after that window, the guarantee no longer applies.

  2. Step 2

    Assessment by the operator

Ibrahim Koç carries out the assessment based on photographic documentation from before the procedure and from the recovery and hair-growth periods. If the assessment is positive and it is technically feasible, the operator determines the number of grafts for the follow-up procedure.

  3. Step 3

Follow-up procedure with no fee for the procedure itself

The procedure itself is free of charge. You cover only the cost of flight tickets, airport transfers and accommodation, according to the price list in force on the day of booking. You may decline the transfers and accommodation — in that case, you commit to arriving at the clinic on time on your own.

Who is responsible for what

Flymedica is not liable for medical decisions made by the clinic. The guarantee does not cover aesthetic outcomes assessed subjectively by the patient, provided the treatment was carried out in accordance with accepted medical practice. In matters not covered here, Polish law applies.

Aesthetic surgery: none of the procedures above apply to surgical procedures. The terms of any potential corrections are set by the clinic individually before the operation — ask about them during the consultation and request them in writing.
